Theme selection. We will send you themes to review. Keep in mind that themes are just a baseline to build upon. We add the creative touch with your business and branding.

Design form. This will be a form you will fill out with all neccesary information for Sierra Design Agency to start the process of bringing your design to life. This includes your contact information and branding.

Home page review. This will be where we make any neccessary changes before moving on to any additonal pages. At this time we will need to collect all info for other pages unless we are doing copy for you.

Once your website is complete we will send you a link to review any final edits or adjustments.

Website transfer. We will send you an email with a training on updating your website, logos, and colors. If you want to be hands off we offer website maintenance packages to help running your business easier!

Brand Creation

We start by learning about your business, your audience, and the personality you want your brand to reflect. You’ll complete a quick questionnaire so we can understand your style, goals, and overall vision.

Next, we create a visual direction for your brand — colors, textures, typography, and inspiration images. This gives us a clear aesthetic roadmap before design begins.

With your feedback and reference logos, we dive into the creative process. We explore different directions, sketch ideas, and develop initial logo concepts — usually over 1-2 weeks depending on project queue.

Once your concepts are ready, we’ll review them together. You’ll share what you love and what you’d like adjusted. We refine until your branding feels aligned and complete.

After approval, we prepare your full brand kit — color codes, fonts, usage guidelines, and all included brand assets. Everything is organized and ready for you to use across your business.

If you’d like help applying your new branding, we also offer website design, social templates, packaging, and more.
Logo Design
We begin with a simple design worksheet you complete on your phone or computer. This helps us learn about your style preferences — colors you like, logos you gravitate toward, businesses you admire (and those you don’t). It also includes a few questions about your industry and competitors. This foundation ensures the design feels truly yours.

Next, we ask you to browse logo designs (any industry — it’s about style!) and pick out a handful of logos you like — and a few you don’t. This gives us a visual direction and tells us what aesthetic you resonate with. It’s an easy but powerful way to shape the creative path.

When your logo concepts are ready, we’ll meet to look through each option together. You’ll share what you like, what you don’t, and which direction feels right. It’s an easy, straightforward review to help you choose your favorite design.

You pick the logo that feels right, and if you want tweaks — color changes, layout shifts, or font adjustments — we can refine. Two rounds of revisions are included to make sure the final version feels exactly right for your brand.

Once you’re happy with the design, we send your logo in multiple formats (JPEG, transparent PNG, full vector file) so it’s ready to use — on your website, business cards, signage, or marketing materials.
